Endodontics is a specialty in dentistry that examines and treats the internal structure of the tooth, namely the dental pulp (nerve and vascular tissue) and root canals. It includes the treatment method commonly known as \u201croot canal treatment\u201d. The tooth consists of hard and soft tissues:

Endodontic treatment is usually applied in the following cases:<\/p>

Pulp Inflammation (Pulpitis):
When the pulp becomes inflamed, it usually causes severe pain.
Root Tip Infection (Apical Periodontitis):
The infection can progress to the root tip and cause abscesses in the surrounding tissues.
Broken or Fractured Tooth:
Deep cracks and fractures can cause damage to the pulp.
Problems with Old Fillings or Dentures:

Root canal treatment is usually carried out in several steps:
Diagnosis and Planning:

Pulp Removal:
